Porto’s Old Man was born in the city in 1937 and witnessed much of its history: the world wars, the rise of democracy, the building of bridges, UNESCO recognition, tourism, and gentrification. Now, old and lonely, he remembers the Porto he lived, and compares it to the Porto he sees today.
